These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the Vapesells online shop operating at www.vapesells.com and the terms for concluding sales contracts for e-cigarettes, disposable e-cigarettes, e-liquids, vape liquids, pods, coils, and vape accessories between the Vapesells online shop and the Customer. The Vapesells online shop sells only to adults who are at least 18 years old, because under applicable European and local law only adults may purchase e-cigarettes and nicotine-containing products. Every Customer purchasing a disposable e-cigarette, nicotine e-liquid, or any vape product on Vapesells declares that they are at least 18 years old and accept these Terms and Conditions.

Products offered in our e-cigarette shop include, among others: disposable e-cigarettes (disposable vapes), reusable e-cigarettes, e-liquids and vape liquids, nicotine salts, pods, coils, batteries, and vape accessories. The Vapesells online shop makes every effort to keep product descriptions, technical specifications, puff counts, nicotine strengths, e-liquid flavours, and images current and accurate. Information on the website may change, however, and Vapesells reserves the right to modify its range, prices, and descriptions without prior notice.

2. Website Terms of Use

By using vapesells.com, every user agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions and applicable Polish and European Union law. The website is intended only for adults who have reached the legal age for purchasing e-cigarettes and nicotine-containing products. Vapesells is not responsible for access to the website or purchases by minors who violate laws concerning the sale of tobacco products and e-cigarettes.

All content published on the website, including product descriptions, guides for choosing disposable e-cigarettes, and information about puff counts, nicotine strengths, and flavours, is the intellectual property of Vapesells and may not be copied, distributed, or used commercially without written permission. Users are responsible for all activity on their accounts and for the security of their login details.

3. Placing Orders

Orders may be placed in the Vapesells online shop around the clock through the shopping cart. After selecting products such as a disposable e-cigarette, e-liquid, or vape pods, the Customer enters delivery details, selects a payment method, and confirms the order. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and an obligation to pay the price together with delivery costs.

After an order is placed, Vapesells confirms its receipt by email. If a selected product is unavailable, for example a particular disposable e-cigarette flavour or nicotine-strength variant, the shop contacts the Customer to offer a substitute or cancel the order. The Customer may change order details before dispatch by contacting customer service through the contact form or at support@vapesells.com.

Vapesells reserves the right to limit the quantity of products ordered when demand is high or warehouse availability is limited. If an incorrect product price is displayed on the website, the shop reserves the right to refuse or cancel the order and will inform the Customer without delay.

4. Prices, Payments, and Taxes

Product prices in the Vapesells shop are displayed in the currency selected for the relevant country or language and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices may change, but the price shown when the order is placed applies to that order. Available payment methods may include cash on delivery, bank transfer, online payment, and card payment. Under applicable European and local law, e-cigarettes and nicotine-containing e-liquids are subject to specific legal regulations. The Customer must review the rules governing the purchase and possession of e-cigarettes, including limits on nicotine content in e-liquids and any sales-registration requirements. Vapesells is not responsible for unlawful use of purchased products.

5. Delivery and Order Fulfilment

Orders placed in the Vapesells online shop are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Delivery across Europe is handled by InPost parcel lockers and courier services and other carriers, depending on the Customer’s choice and service availability. The estimated delivery time for e-cigarettes and vape accessories is 24–48 hours for InPost deliveries across Europe and 3–7 business days for other shipping methods.

Detailed information about delivery costs, fulfilment times, and parcel tracking is provided in the Shipping Policy on vapesells.com. The Customer receives a tracking number that can be used to follow the parcel. Vapesells makes every effort to deliver orders within the estimated time but is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances outside our control.

6. Returns and Complaints

Under Polish consumer law, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the parcel without giving a reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, contact Vapesells customer service through the contact form or at support@vapesells.com. The returned product should be unused, complete, and in its original packaging.

If the Customer receives a damaged or defective product, such as a disposable e-cigarette with a manufacturing defect or an e-liquid with the wrong flavour, the Customer may submit a complaint. Vapesells offers a free replacement or refund for product-quality problems. To report a complaint, provide the order number, a description of the problem, and photographs of the product so that we can assess the matter more quickly.

7. Shop Liability

Vapesells makes every effort to ensure that products offered in the e-cigarette shop match their descriptions and meet quality requirements. The shop is not responsible for improper use or use contrary to the intended purpose of e-cigarettes, e-liquids, batteries, or vape accessories that may harm the user’s health. E-cigarettes and nicotine-containing e-liquids are intended only for adults, and their use involves health risks.

Products shown on vapesells.com are not intended for minors, pregnant women, or people who do not use nicotine-containing products. Vapesells does not encourage anyone to begin using e-cigarettes and recommends caution when using products, including batteries and vape devices.

8. Pre-Orders

When manufacturers introduce new disposable e-cigarettes, Vapesells may offer pre-orders. Initial stock of new models, for example high-puff-count disposable e-cigarettes, is usually limited. By placing a pre-order, the Customer reserves timely delivery of the new product when it becomes available in the warehouse.

Vapesells states that pre-ordered products will be dispatched within the estimated time. If an unforeseen delay occurs, the shop will notify Customers by email and update the product page. If a pre-order cannot be fulfilled because of production problems, Vapesells will process orders in the order received and fully refund unfulfilled orders.

The Customer may change or cancel a pre-order before dispatch by contacting customer service. We recommend placing pre-orders separately from in-stock products to avoid a long wait for the entire shipment.

9. Customs Duties and Taxes on International Orders

Before placing an order on vapesells.com, the Customer should make sure that the ordered products, including disposable e-cigarettes and e-liquids, may be legally imported into the destination country. For deliveries outside Poland and the European Union, the recipient is responsible for paying all customs duties and taxes associated with the shipment.

For many European countries, Vapesells offers Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) delivery, which means the Customer does not incur additional charges when receiving the parcel. 10. Final Provisions

Vapesells reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect on the date they are published on the website. Orders placed before a change are fulfilled under the previous terms.

Matters not governed by these Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable civil law and the Consumer Rights Act. Disputes arising from contracts for the sale of e-cigarettes and vape accessories will be decided by the court having jurisdiction over the registered office of the Vapesells online shop, subject to mandatory provisions of law.
